    We recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure your desired appointment time is available. A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. A Gift Certificate may be used in lieu of a credit card to hold your appointment. Your credit card information is used only to hold your appointment.  Your card will not be charged until the date of your scheduled service.  You may choose to use another payment method on the date of service if desired. 
    Please inform us if you have any allergies or sensitivities to food, medications, latex, aromas or ingredients when you schedule your appointment.  


    Cancelation Policies and Fees:
    Please be respectful of our time and our customers' time.  We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  Failure to do so may result in a cancelation fee of $25 or 25% of the service cost, whichever is greater.  By notifying us in advance of your intent to cancel or reschedule, you help us by giving us the opportunity to schedule another customer in that time slot.  Thank you for your cooperation.


    Prices and Services:
    Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any pricing changes, but encourage you to verify pricing and available services when booking your appointment. 

    Gift Certificate Policy:

    Please inform us if you'll be using a gift certificate when making your appointment. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. We will not reimburse or replace gift certificates that are lost misplaced or stolen.

    Series of Treatments: 

    We will not reimburse for unused services that are purchased as part of a series. The unused portion of a series may be exchanged for a spa credit or products or services of equal value.

    Tipping, of course, is at your discretion. Gratuities are not included in the price of service or spa packages. 

    Check in:
    We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Please call to inform us if you will be late.  Late arrival may result in your service being shortened if it interferes with another customer's appointment.
